At Hue Nails, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and on time.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Express orders are packed first and dispatched the next business day. During high order volume periods, such as sales and promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer.
- Standard Shipping: AU$7.99, 3–5 business days to metro areas after dispatch (please allow 7–10 business days for rural areas and NT, WA and TAS)
- Express Shipping: AU$12.99, dispatched the next business day, then 1–3 business days to metro areas
- Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AU$100
- Free Express Shipping on Australian orders over AU$150
International Shipping
- New Zealand: flat rate of NZ$13.00, please allow 6–27 business days
- United States & Canada, United Kingdom & Ireland, and Europe: your exact rate is shown at checkout. Standard shipping takes 6–27 business days and Express shipping takes 6–10 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you your tracking information. Delivery times are estimates, and unforeseen factors such as customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.
