We recommend sizing up. Each size is only about 1 mm apart, so a near fit is easy to fine-tune at home:

• A little too wide? Gently file the sides with the included nail file.
• Curve not sitting right? Warm the nail in hot water or with a hair dryer, then gently press it to shape while it's still warm.
• Tiny gaps at the edges? Sticky tabs help fill small gaps.

So don't worry about a 1 mm difference, your set will still wear beautifully. We still want you to have the best fit, so if you're unsure, email your measurements to service@huenails.com.au and we'll help you choose.

Length is measured from cuticle to tip. One size chart fits every shape, so your size stays the same whichever shape you choose.

If you have clubbed thumbs, please reach out to our team by email or through the contact form, and we can arrange extra or replacement thumbs for purchase.

For flat nail beds, try flattening the press-on slightly for a better fit. Warm it with a hair dryer or hot water, then, while it's still warm, gently press down to flatten the curve.

Sticky tabs (our recommended everyday method): from a day up to 2 weeks with proper prep and care. Best for temporary wear and easy removal.

Nail glue (for the strongest, longest wear): typically 2–3 weeks, up to 4 weeks.

Every nail is unique. Wear time depends on application, nail prep, daily activity and fit, so experiment with shapes and sizes to find what works best for you. See the full steps in our How to Apply guide.

Yes! Your Hue set is made with salon-quality gel and made to be worn again and again. A little care goes a long way:

• Remove gently. Never force your press-ons off. Soak in warm, soapy water with a few drops of oil until they release (most sets release within 10–15 minutes).
• Clean them. Let the press-ons dry completely, then buff or file the leftover adhesive from the inside of each nail. A clean fit means better adhesion next time.
• Store them. Return each nail to its box or your Hue storage case, somewhere cool and dry.

Of course! We offer refills for any lost or damaged nail. Each replacement nail is $9 and is handmade to match your original set.

Press-ons are durable, not indestructible. Avoid using your nails as tools, pressing hard on the tips, or knocking them on hard surfaces, as this can cause lifting, cracking or breakage. Longer styles need extra care, especially over short natural nails.

Yes, but prolonged exposure to hot water, steam, soap and oils weakens the adhesive. Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning, and avoid soaking in hot, soapy water for more than 10 minutes. Hot baths, saunas and steam rooms raise the risk of lifting.

Right after applying, avoid water, oils and lotions for 3–5 hours while the adhesive sets.

Remove and reapply it as soon as possible with a fresh sticky tab or nail glue. Don't keep wearing a loose nail, as it may fall off, become damaged or get lost.

Gaps, lifting, or edges touching your skin usually mean it's time to try a different size or shape. Between sizes? Size up for better coverage.

Keep your set in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid hot cars, heaters or direct sun, as heat can soften the gel and warp the shape. Remove leftover adhesive before storing.

Avoid contact with eyes and mouth and keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on sore or infected nails or cuticles. Keep away from heat and flames.

Many designs feature handcrafted 3D gel artwork such as flowers, bows, stars and sculpted details. Avoid pressing, picking or applying excessive pressure to raised artwork to help preserve these delicate details, and store your nails in their case after each wear.

Charms, pearls and embellishments are individually secured and sealed for everyday wear. Over time, friction from clothing, hair, bags and daily activity may loosen embellishments or wear the finish on pearls and coated beads. This is a normal part of handcrafted nail art.

Every chrome finish is hand-rubbed and sealed with salon-quality gel. Because chrome is an ultra-fine metallic pigment, friction, alcohol-based products, skincare, cleaning products or everyday scratching may gradually wear the finish. If the darker gel colour underneath starts to show, that's completely normal, similar to the wear seen on chrome salon manicures.

Yes. Like salon gel or acrylics, your Hue manicure will naturally show small signs of wear over time: fine surface scratches, slight edge wear and gradual dulling of the finish are all normal. Our press-ons are designed to be reusable, but like any handcrafted beauty product, they last longest when worn and cared for gently.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Australian orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch with standard shipping (allow 7–10 business days for rural areas and NT, WA and TAS), or 1–3 business days with express shipping.

International orders usually take 6–27 business days with standard shipping, or 6–10 business days with express, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Our products are handmade, so slight variations and unique craftsmanship marks may occur. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails, including change of mind on style or colour, colour variations or minor handcraft flaws.
