Every Hue set is handmade and quality checked before it ships. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Wrong size?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll find a solution for you. Please keep the set unused, in its original packaging, with all toolkit items.

Change of mind

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Not covered

Damage from wear, or from application or removal that doesn't follow our instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
