Nail glue and sticky tabs are each enough for 2 wears. Everything you need is included with every set.

Apply

Prep: push back cuticles, lightly buff and wipe each nail with the alcohol pad.
Size: choose the right size for each finger and lay them out in order.
Tabs or glue: use a sticky tab for 1 day up to 2 weeks, or a thin layer of nail glue for 2–3 weeks.
Press: press each nail down firmly for 15–30 seconds.

Remove

Soak in warm soapy water, then gently lift from the sides. Never force them off. Clean off any glue or tabs and store them in the box to wear again.
